The Socialist People's Party (SNP) is demanding a control hearing of the director of Montefarm, Goran Marinović, because of what they said were hundreds of negative texts and the campaign being conducted against him.
"We have fought for three decades for everyone to be equal before the law, that there are no privileged people, and we will never give up on that principle. The Socialist People's Party has always affirmed the principle of openness, for us there are no forbidden issues or topics. The purpose of the initiative is to hear others side, which has been the target of condemnations and negative qualifications for a long period of time," the SNP press release points out.
They added that at the last session of the Assembly, they heard from fellow deputies that there is a will to hold a control hearing and give the director of Montefarm an opportunity to answer questions.
Therefore, as they add, they asked the president of the Committee for Health, Labor and Social Welfare, Dražen Petrić, to schedule a control hearing.
