On the basis of the request sent by the Ministry of Public Administration, the Assembly of the Municipality of Šavnik adopted all the necessary acts and decisions, which fully completed everything necessary for the local government in our municipality to continue its functioning and work unhindered, said the Šavnik Committee of the Democratic Socialist Party.
In this way, they point out, all conditions are met, so the introduction of forced administration in the Municipality of Šavnik is absolutely unnecessary.
"Hereby, we inform the Montenegrin public that the Assembly of the Municipality of Šavnik, within the deadline set by the Ministry of Public Administration, has fulfilled all the obligations stipulated by the law. We also state that a report on the adoption of all acts has already been sent to the relevant ministry, and therefore we expect a decision in return on the non-introduction of forced administration in the Municipality of Šavnik", stated in the announcement of DPS Šavnik.
