Bogdanović: We are concerned about the fact and the claim that the Do Kwon affair was created with the aim of harming PES and Spajić

Regardless of the different history of relations between the Democrats and the Europe Now Movement (PES), we have always acted on principle, so we are doing so this time as well, emphasizing that we are very concerned about the fact and the claim that the Do Kwon affair was created with the aim of harming the Europe Now Movement and its to the holder of the election list, Milojko Spajić, announced the president of the Club of Democrats in the Assembly of Montenegro, Boris Bogdanović.

"Our past is full of experiences with the challenges posed by fabricated affairs by the previous regime. Therefore, with a deep sense of responsibility and commitment to democratic values, we refuse to remain passive in the face of the possibility that similar scenarios were repeated during the previous election campaign. In this spirit , we call for a thorough and transparent investigation of all the circumstances related to the aforementioned affair, in order to preserve the integrity of the political process and the public's trust in democratic institutions," said Bogdanović.

Goran Rodić, Do Kwon's lawyer, said that this South Korean citizen denied the allegations before the prosecutor that the political campaign of the president of the Europe Now Movement (PES) Milojko Spajić was financed by him "and anyone else".

Rodić said in the program "Načisto" on TV Vijesti that Do Kwon described in detail to the prosecutor's office how the letter addressed to the leader of PES was written, in which serious accusations are made against Spajić, without denying his handwriting.

The lawyer said he did not want to talk about how the letter was drafted, but claimed his client had been abused.

"That letter had the purpose it did on the political scene. That's why I asked you - who brought and sent the letter? Do Kwon neither sends it from the Pre-trial Detention Center by registered mail, nor can he personally deliver it to any institution. The only thing that would he could personally hand it over to the management of the Investigation Prison, so that they could pass it on," points out Rodić.
