Social Democrats (SD) MP Branislav Nenezić today called on the President of Montenegro Jakov Milatović and Prime Minister Milojko Spajić to respond to the insults of Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić.
"React to Vučić's insults, at least officially if you have no character," Nenezić pointed out, and SD announced.
"We remind Prime Minister Milojko Spajić and President Jakov Milatović that they have constitutional obligations, that if they personally do not have the character to defend the dignity of Montenegro and Montenegrins, that they must do so as part of their official duties. We know that it is not easy when the insults come from their political boss, but explain to his boss that Montenegro in its glorious history has never stolen anything from anyone, and keep its internal problems about whether something is stolen or something sold to itself and explain first of all to its people," wrote Nenezić on the social network Ix.
At today's press conference, Vučić announced that the Minister of European Affairs of Montenegro, Maida Gorčević, "was all nervous", and that the deputy of the Democratic People's Party (DNP), Maja Vukićević, was an "honorable woman".
Vučić said this after Gorčević stated earlier today in Pristina that Podgorica will support Kosovo's entry into the Council of Europe when the Committee of Ministers of that organization decides on it.
"Today I also saw this minister from Montenegro, who was all startled, what's her name, Gorčević. Shame on them all. Because they think they have the right and that it's normal to brag about how they are stealing our territory and how they have the right to behave so arrogantly, wouldn't they apologize to the Americans or to someone that an honorable woman in the Council of Europe, Maja Vukićević, voted against their admission, so now they better go to Priština to apologize to them head on, etc., Vučić said at the conference for the media.
