Published in the Official Gazette: The Government's decision on the dissolution of the Šavnik Social Security Administration and the introduction of forced administration came into force.

The Official Gazette published today the Government's decision on the dissolution of the Assembly of the Municipality of Savnik and the introduction of forced administration, it was confirmed by the News. With that, that decision came into force.

The Government made that decision on Thursday, but unexpectedly withdrew it on Friday.

As the "News" unofficially explained, this was done because the decision of the Šavnik Municipal Assembly to shorten the mandate entered into force on the day of its adoption, while the Government's decision was supposed to enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette.

After that, the head of state, Jakov Milatović, was supposed to call new elections in Savnik, however, he announced that the "Decision on shortening the mandate of councilors of the Municipality of Savnik" does not provide a legally valid basis to call elections.
