The conclusion adopted by the Government more than a month ago, and by which the building of the old Government building was given to the Special State Prosecutor's Office, is a concrete decision in the implementation of the improvement of the conditions of prosecutorial bodies, announced the Secretary General of the Europe Now Movement, Boris Pejović.
"The task of the executive and legislative authorities is to provide the best possible working conditions for prosecutorial bodies, which play a key role in the fight against organized crime and corruption," says Pejović.
He also said that respect for the division of judicial, executive and legislative powers, but at the same time cooperation in affirming the rule of law is the most effective approach in the fight against all forms of crime and corruption.
"Therefore, all rhetorical efforts and support should be implemented in concrete actions, namely to approach the provision of much better working conditions than those that existed in the previous period. In addition to concrete results in the area of improving living standards, it is very important to deliver results and in the rule of law segment, especially on our European path to full membership," concluded Pejović.
