The former president of the municipality of Budva, Marko Bato Carevic, said that he did not support any of the papers that emerged from the former Democratic Front.
After a photo of Tsarević sitting with the Vice President of the Municipality Jasna Dokić and two other officials of the political faction led by Nikola Jovanović appeared on social networks, the newspaper "Budva naš grad" published as confirmation that they have the support of Tsarević.
"Based on everything seen from the last election until today, the citizens suffer the most. This is the third election in four years, and we know very well that the law provides for elections once every four years, which shows that all those who make up the majority, including the opposition, are not doing too much in the interest of the citizens, even though everyone says so. Considering that I used to be in the DF and led all those people, I believe that they should never have allowed this to happen, and I can even freely say that I am somewhat ashamed, even though I did not personally participate in it.
Since there is speculation in the media and among citizens that I am allegedly supporting both members of the former DF, and even creating my own list, I am hereby informing the citizens that I am not supporting anyone or creating my own list, and certainly as citizen, I will use my right to vote and do what I think is right", said Tsarević to "Vijesta".
