As a councilor of the SNP in the period from 2005 to 2009, I transferred all councilor compensation to JVU Vrtići Budva. I submitted an initiative to the Constitutional Court for the evaluation of the legality of the decision on charging for water and waste water treatment, by which DPS illegally charged water meter fees for years. , initially for 8 euros, later for 4 euros, and double the price of water supply for businessmen. The initiative was adopted and the decision repealed. DPS stole 4 million euros from citizens every year just from the illegal collection of tax on water meters," Vujičić pointed out.
He reminds that in 2013 he filed a criminal complaint against OKG, which was prosecuted.
"I was informed by the prosecutor Lidija Vukčević that the group was charged based on the report I filed. In 2016, OKG admitted its misdeeds and as a result of everything, 1/3 of TQ Centra Plaza worth 19,5 million euros was returned to the municipality of Budva, in the same year, the Democratic Party of Socialists lost power in Budva for decades. On my initiative, during the adoption of the DUP Budva centar, TN "Slovenska plaža" was divided into two, instead of the planned one urban plot, so that the road from the boulevard to the beach, through TN Slovensku plaža, remained a public road, which can be used by all citizens and guests to use. "For two years, a dispute has been pending before the Commercial Court in Podgorica based on my lawsuit, in order to determine the nullity of the Agreement on the transfer of shares, which represent state capital in the Budva Riviera to the Government of Montenegro, in order for the Municipality of Budva to acquire the right to use shares in the amount of 100 million euros. because state property was brought into the company by the Municipality of Budva, that is, by the citizens of Budva. I am the first advocate of open electoral lists in Montenegro, I have achieved considerable success in informing citizens about voting rights, which are stolen from them by the submitters of electoral lists. Many citizens have realized that the government is not an expression of the will of the citizens, but of a small number of candidates who have stolen the power from the citizens. The fact that the President of Montenegro, Jakov Milatović, has on two occasions publicly emphasized the necessity of opening electoral lists is certainly pleasing," Vujičić concluded.
