For the local elections in Andrijevica, scheduled for June 2, eight parties and coalitions submitted their lists by the deadline for their submission.
This was announced yesterday to the "News" from the Municipal Election Commission (MEC) of Andrijevica.
United Montenegro will participate in the election race, whose list holder is the president of the local committee of that party Milovan Dukić, the group of citizens "For the future of our children", whose list he leads Ivan Radojević, as well as the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS), on whose list he is first Srđan Masović.
The list was submitted by the coalition "For the future of Andrijevica" - New Serbian Democracy, Democratic People's Party, True Montenegro and Free Montenegro, led by Miodrag Čukić, as well as the Group of voters "For a better standard", where he is the first on the list Veselin Radenović.
The Socialist People's Party (SNP) and the Democrats will perform under the slogan "Courageous, determined, responsible - Andrijevica is asking", and they will be led by the current president of the Municipality Željko Ćulafić (SNP). The Europe Now Movement (PES), led by a member of parliament from that party Dragana Vucevic, will perform under the slogan "New chance for Andrijevica". Vasojević's movement "Unification" also submitted to the list, and he will lead them Vesko Raketic.
The government introduced forced administration in Andrijevica on April 17, after which the head of state Jakov Milatovic called the elections.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs (MUP) recently announced that there are 3.831 voters on the voter list for the elections in that municipality.
Mojašević in both the board of trustees and PES
Milorad Mojašević, a member of the board of commissioners in Andrijevica, was present during the presentation of the PES list for the elections in that city with the party's list holder.
The Government, in his capacity as a citizen, appointed him to the board of trustees, which will perform the function of the Šavnica parliament until the constitution of its new convocation.
Mojašević told the "Vijesti" reporter that he did not believe that he was violating the law and confirmed that he was a member of PES, but after being asked if the government knew this when it appointed him to the board, he said that "he does not want to make any statements that question".
A lawyer explained to "Vijesta" that, as far as the Law on the Election of Councilors and Members of Parliament is concerned, there is no restriction that a member of the Board of Commissioners can also be a candidate on the electoral list.
The coalition of SNP and Democrats told "Vijesti" that they will make an announcement about this case today.
