Dajković: I call on the Serbian parties to withhold support for the Government

I call on other Serbian parties to deny support to the Government, the Podgorica Parliament and other local authorities in order to save face in these terrible times, announced the president of Free Montenegro, Vladislav Dajković.

"It was with a sad heart that I received the information from the Prime Minister of Montenegro, Milojko Spajić, that the official Montenegro will vote for the 'Resolution on Srebrenica'. This means that our children and grandchildren, who have done nothing wrong to God and the people, will bear the mark of a genocidal nation. Milojko Spajić is without a doubt a talented economist, but thanks to his government, our children will read in school tomorrow that they belong to a genocidal nation," the statement said.

"To be part of the Government or the Parliament of Podgorica with a party that is ready to put the burden of terrible words such as genocide on the backs of the people I belong to - I find it intolerable," said Dajković.

"Whatever the other Serbian parties in Montenegro decide, they are my brothers and comrades-in-arms, and I know what I have to do within the authorities in the capital after that official decision at the UN, which we expect in a few days," he concluded.
