The announcement by the President of the Government of Montenegro and the President of the Europe Now Movement (PES) Milojko Spajić that the Government will support the Resolution on the Srebrenica genocide enraged Serbian chauvinists and encouraged the agency of the President of Serbia Aleksandar Vučić in Montenegro to parrot the contents of the covers from the neo-fascist Belgrade tabloids, it was announced. today from the Civic Initiative (GI) May 21.

They said that "the Resolution on the genocide in Srebrenica, which will soon be adopted by the General Assembly of the UN, has once again established the toadstool in which the ruling majority resides."
"Regardless of casual calculations and bluster, Spajić's announcement that the Government will support the Resolution enraged Serbian chauvinists and encouraged Vučić's agency in Montenegro to parrot the contents of the front pages of the neo-fascist Belgrade tabloids," stated the May 21 announcement of GI.
They added that "that's why it's not surprising that the floundering PES did not have the strength to firmly stand behind its leader".
They also said that Democratic Montenegro, led by the Vice-President of the Government, Aleksa Bečić, "as always, has chosen a state of hibernation, confirming once again the misery of its own policy."
They added that the President of the Parliament of Montenegro and the leader of the New Serbian Democracy (NSD) Andrija Mandić will not overthrow the Government because of the Resolution, and that the President of the Democratic People's Party (DNP) Milan Knežević "has taken on the role of a puppet puppet".
On May 21, the GI stated that Metropolitan Joanikije of Montenegro and the Littoral "reported on assignment" to warn Spajić of the consequences of the "Svetosava fatwa".

"On the other hand, the detained Mandić will not overthrow the Government because of the Resolution, because for his NSD this is a secondary issue in relation to the expectations regarding the reconstruction of the executive power. Contrary to Mandić's 'neochaetnik-intendant cunning', Knežević took on the role of a puppet figurehead and now threatens Spajić with the termination of the "Lithija brotherhood". Joanikije also came forward to warn the consequences of the "Svetosava fatwa" in order for the provincial circus to be complete. That is why we recommend to the political and church agency of Šešelj's apprentice that instead of repeating the nonsense and lies of the official Belgrade to their supporters share the judgments of the Hague Tribunal and the International Court of Justice.
