The fact that the Government persistently insists on preserving the ownership of the land, which is located in the zone of marine property, which the DPS Government transferred to itself, gives rise to the suspicion that behind the Government of Prime Minister Milojko Spajić are still the strongmen of the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS). without payment, i.e. stolen from the true owners, and left the right of use to the true owners.
This was stated in the announcement by the holder of the election list in the local elections in Budva on May 26, "Dr Vujičić Božidar - For real changes", Božidar Vujičić.
"This is not about private land that was taken from citizens in the 50s and 60s and paid for anyway, but about land that was taken from citizens by the DPS Government on the basis of the Law on Marine Resources from 1992 and did not pay for it. When it comes to Budva, the government of DPS stole the land from the true owners in Buljarice. For the Democratic Party of Socialists, the seizure of private property is nothing unusual, but it is more than strange, why the government in which the representatives of PES, Democrats, SNP and representatives of the Albanian national parties are sitting, and the same is supported by the reformed DF, do not cancel the decision of the DPS Government to seize the land from the citizens, without paying any compensation and return the land to the citizens or pay a fair price for the same compensation?", pointed out Vujičić.
He emphasizes that the proof that this is land, which was stolen from the previous owners, without any payment, is also the judgment of the court in Strasbourg, Nešić v. Montenegro, by which the court ruled that the Government can become the owner of the land in the marine property zone by expropriation, referring to basis from the Law on Maritime Property, but never without payment, which the DPS Government did, but only with fair compensation.
"The verdict decided that the land should be returned to the ownership of a private person, because it was not paid for. Despite the position taken by the court in Strasbourg and the fact that Nešić's right to property was returned, Prime Minister Spaić's government, i.e. the Government's Protector of Property and Legal Interests, refuses to return the land to its former owners submitting complaints to the Administrative Court on the decisions of the first-instance authority about the return of the land stolen from the citizens of Budva "I personally, if I get the support of the citizens, will fight for the Government of Prime Minister Spajić to return the stolen land to the citizens or pay fair compensation for it, because simply, you cannot go to Europe and at the same time seize the citizens' property," Vujičić concluded.
