Zenović was reacting to the announcement of the Budva PES board, which states, among other things, that "the decision that usurps the kindergarten was signed in the twilight of Abazović's government", and that "the Democrats attribute responsibility to the Government of which they are a part".

"It is an elementary cultural thing that, when you argue with someone, you put your signature under the statement. This way, some abstract Budva movement committee that was on the phone and barely compiled an electoral list reacts to something that is no longer a current topic. And it targets our list, even though some other holders of some other lists accused Odović of having a permit for a kindergarten, while I warned the municipality to cancel its approvals. from PES and that he is in office as a non-party person, just like my cousin and surname bearer of your list, I have to explain a few things to you," Zenović pointed out in his response.

First, as he emphasized, he strongly attacked the Ministry of Spatial Planning and Urbanism from the period of Bran Gvozdenović, through Pavel Radulović, Duško Marković, Ratko Mitrović, Ana Novaković-Đurović and all the way to Janko Odović.

"And not personally and unrelated to the membership of a particular party, but solely because of the policy of continuity in the destruction of resources and the urbicide of Budva.
