The Prime Minister of Montenegro, Milojko Spajić, said that they had organized a magnificent gathering and that they were expecting great things.
He said this in the introductory part of the third regional summit on the Growth Plan for the Western Balkans, which he is organizing in Kotor.
The summit brings together all the leaders of the Western Balkans and will further operationalize the Growth Plan for the Western Balkans.
The Chairperson of the Council of Ministers of BiH, Borjana Krišto, said that they come from BiH ready when the implementation of the Growth Plan is in question. She pointed out that she is happy that in addition to the panel, Bosnia and Herzegovina should host the next panel.
The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Aljbin Kurti, said that they had a friend in Montenegro, because the Albanians found shelter and hospitality, for which they are grateful.
He pointed out that he would like to thank Spajić for his hospitality and organization of the meeting.
The President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, said that he has no message for Montenegro when it comes to the Resolution on Srebrenica.
"What is the meaning of the resolution? You say it is not the imposition of collective guilt, but what is it," he asked.
He emphasized that "everyone should bear" their responsibility.
Vučić said that he will act in accordance with the decision.
United States Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs James O'Brien said that the purpose of the Growth Plan is to create a single money circulation market, which in practical terms means that every time you send money in a bank you will have less costs, which is of great benefit to citizens and the economy. As a result of the Growth Plan, there will be more jobs and easier movement in the market.
