Milović points out that the choice is of crucial importance, but it is fundamentally simple:
"Do we want to continue with the policy of degrading everything that this city is, or by changing the management model will we replace the will of a few people and the interest of one political group with the will and interest of the residents of our Budva. It will never happen again that citizens do not know what millions of their money from "We will systematically and systematically invest in the realization of those projects that will reposition Budva first and foremost as a city tailored to its citizens, and then as the most desirable tourist destination," he pointed out.
The port of Budva, he added, which played a key role in shaping Budva throughout the centuries, will get the look and functionality it deserves.
"Budva will get a safer harbor with a strong breakwater and 250 new moorings with a special emphasis on tradition and communal moorings as a distinctive feature of the city. We will double the number of communal moorings. Within the marina, we will create a special mooring for fishermen with a modern system for easier transport and sale of fresh fish. We will build two moorings for safe taxi transport. Our plan is to move the operational coast to the area of the Old Town, to a position near the Savičić stream. Budva must have a modern and landscaped promenade, in order to preserve the existing visual identity of one of the By building a promenade from the Old Town area all the way to Kamenovo, with landscaped squares, squares, fountains, parks, and bicycle paths, we will provide citizens and tourists with the opportunity to organize various cultural and entertainment programs and events along the entire Budva Bay. a unique opportunity to experience the true spirit of Budva. The natural end of that promenade will be the new Port of Rafailovići with 200 new berths, which will provide a completely new content when it comes to the tourist offer of our city. In this way, we will get a well-organized coast and a promenade," emphasizes Milović.
He states that, in addition to tourism, Budva is also a city of culture and rich cultural heritage.
"We will especially develop and nurture this part of Budva's identity and elevate it to its rightful place. We will build a completely new city theater, which will also give the City Theater a winter theater scene. A multifunctional theater, along with a city cultural center with various contents, a music school, a concert hall and a library in the city center, will represent the center of culture. All our public institutions will get a comfortable and multifunctional space, and the citizens will get a cultural center on one field. These are not just visions or promises, this is the necessary and only real change that this city, after eight years of systemic destruction, can direct towards the future that we, its citizens, deserve. It is a new foundation on which we can rebuild Budva and transform it into a green and sustainable, responsible and efficient, fair city for all its citizens. Together we will prove that Budva can do better," concluded Milović.
