Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy Nik Đeljošaj changed his position on supporting the resolution on the genocide in Jasenovac, because at the meeting of the leaders of the parliamentary majority at the beginning of last week, he announced that he would support it, said the spokesperson of the Democratic People's Party (DNP) Jovana Todorović.
The Albanian Forum, headed by Đeljošaj, announced earlier today that it would not support the resolution even under the miscellaneous item.
She says that, bearing in mind his recent visit to Pristina, it is not difficult to conclude how Đeljošaj's attitude has changed.
"What is unclear is that Mr. Đeljošaj presents Prime Minister Spajić's idea of passing the Resolution on the Genocide in Jasenovac as work for other people's interests, while the Resolution on Srebrenica is work for Montenegrin interests. Mr. Đeljošaj's strange principles and principles, especially his squinting in one eye , as if he is a filter for cleaning political sins," says Todorović.
He tells Đeljošaj that thanks to the sole support of the ZBCG coalition, he became the Deputy Prime Minister, and his colleague Maraš Dukaj became the Minister of Public Administration, after winning two parliamentary mandates based on the principle of affirmative action.
"It seems that at that time we turned a blind eye to the fact that the Albanian Forum, despite all political mathematics and logic, would receive two portfolios and the vice-presidential position in the government. Were we also then working in someone else's interest or was it the interest of Niko Đeljošaj? We expected that Mr. Đeljošaj announced earlier because of the violation of the coalition agreement and the fact that one of the signatories of the agreement, Genci Nimanbegu, with the support of another minister in Spajić's government, Fatmir Đeka, made a coalition with DPS in Ulcinj? in this case he closed his eyes in both eyes," Todorović points out.
He adds that it seems that the representatives of the Albanian parties can simultaneously be with the DPS and with them in power, and that they do not see any morally principled problem in this.
"Already from the position of supreme authority, they define their political mercy towards the national issues of the Serbian people, and that in such a way that the suffering and genocide in Jasenovac are someone else's, and that Srebrenica is a Montenegrin interest. Just as, according to Mr. Đeljošaj, the NATO aggression was a humanitarian action. And the representatives of the Albanian parties then expect to receive our votes of support for the vice-president of the Assembly from among the minority nations, because in their opinion it is an honor for us to vote for them".
DNP, said Todorović, as a signatory of the coalition agreement, will soon request a meeting with Spajić and raise the question of how it is possible to be in a coalition with DPS at the local level, and at the state level with those who defeated DPS.
"Or the political representatives of the Albanians are allowed everything, while the Serbs are not even allowed to mention their dead", she concluded.
