The decision to hand over the Port of Budva to the management of Morska Dobr is proof that the current Government headed by Milojko Spajić cares about the interests of our city, announced the Budva Committee of the Europe Now Movement (PES).
"Although some political subjects from Budva accused the current government of not taking care of the interests of the citizens of Budva for the sake of cheap political points, they are best refuted by time and concrete actions. Just like everything that the Government of Montenegro promised and implemented in a short period of time, so will the future local government headed by PES will in a short time return our Budva to its rightful place as the queen of the Mediterranean," the announcement states.
The construction of kindergartens, city hospitals and traffic bypasses are, as they add, some of the important projects on the realization of which the "future local self-government" will work in cooperation with the central government.
"If we take into account that our pensioners with minimum pensions already have benefits from the Europe now 2 program, and with the certainty that we will soon expect an increase in minimum and average wages, there is no doubt that PES through the executive power at the state level has proven its commitment to improving the quality of life Guided by such primary goals, with the participation of PES in the local government, we will contribute to the additional improvement of the quality of life of the citizens of Budva. That is why it is important that the citizens of Budva use the right to vote and give a chance to our people, who are made up of people with clean biographies in the announcement.
