Dragana Kažanegra Stanišić was elected vice-president of the Democrats.
This decision was made unanimously at the session of the Main Board of the party.
Democrats said that Kažanegra Stanišić is the international secretary of the Women's Forum of Democratic Montenegro and a member of the Main Board.
She is an economist by profession, she completed her studies in Belgrade, at the Faculty of Banking and Finance, and for many years she has been recognized as an activist for the protection of the city-hotel Svetog Stefan, through engagements in civil society.

"Which is why, as the second on the list in Budva, I expect a fantastic result from the Democrats' election list, and that it will not be possible to form a government in Budva without us! And as the vice-president of the Democrats, I will try to act honorably, responsibly and with dignity, as only a Montenegrin woman can do. knows, and to provide the maximum contribution in the realization of the program goals and principles on which Democratic Montenegro rests", said Kažanegra Stanišić.
At the session, as the proposals of the Women's Forum of Democratic Montenegro, for new members of the party's presidency, they were appointed from the ranks of women, namely the official of the Democrats Jovana Mijović, Sandra Radević, general secretary of the Forum of Women Democrats, Ilda Škrijelj, vice president of the Forum of Women Democrats, as well as Branka Vukojičić, spokeswoman for the Democratic Women's Forum, with which the Main Board proves the Party's commitment to increasing the number of women in key decision-making positions in the Party and the country.
At the session of the Main Board, Velizar Kaluđerović, a long-time official of Democratic Montenegro, was elected as a member of the Party Presidency, while Milivoje Zarubica was elected as the president of the Democratic Council.
