The Minister of European Affairs, Maida Gorčević, said that the Government has successfully completed the work on fulfilling all criteria for obtaining a positive IBAR.

"In an extremely short period of time, we managed to do a huge job, to complete a series of obligations, adopt a set of Ibar laws, pass strategic documents in the area of ​​chapters 23 and 24, and I am especially proud of the excellent cooperation with the ministers of the interior, justice and culture, and the media. She appealed to the Assembly to be responsible and to urgently include these laws on the agenda, so that they would be voted on in time.

"Obtaining a positive IBAR is within our reach. I believe that all actors in this process will understand the importance of this step for the negotiation process and the European future of Montenegro," said Gorčević.
