NSD Budva elected: Mikijelj the new leader, Božović is not even among the members

Tonight, Mladen Mikijelj was elected as the leader of the New Serbian Democracy (NSD) municipal committee in Budva.

This was confirmed to the News after the meeting of the new municipal board.

That party was led by the detained President of the Municipality Milo Božović.

As the News was told, the Party Assembly first appointed a new municipal committee. There is no Milo Božović among the members of the municipal board.

Tonight, the board held a constitutive session where Mikijelj was unanimously elected as the president of the party in Budva.

In the last local elections, Mikijelj led the coalition "For the future of Budva - Budva open city", which won nine mandates.

Although he was formally the president of the Budva NSD, Božović supported the "Budva our city - Nikola Jovanović" election list, but not publicly, because members of his family were on the list.

Nemanja Kuljača, Nikola Kralj, Bojana Pićan and Nikola Kažanegra were elected vice-presidents.

The leaders of the DNP and SNP committees in Budva, Jovan Gregović and Krsto Rađenović, also attended the NSD assembly.
