The list "For the future of Budva - Budva open city - Mladen Mikijelj" consists of New Serbian Democracy (NSD), Democratic People's Party (DNP), Movement for Change (PzP), Socialist People's Party (SNP), United Montenegro, True Montenegro , Free Montenegro, DEMOS and the Workers' Party received the support of 2.842 voters or 25,44 percent, or nine mandates.

The list "Europe now - Budva has a chance - dr. Predrag Zenović" was voted by 784 voters or 7,02 percent (two mandates), the Montenegrin European Party by 239 voters or 2,14 percent, and "DPS - Budva can do better - prof. Dr. Nikola Milović" 2.228 voters or 19,94 percent (seven mandates).

List "URA - Dr. Dritan Abazović - Different!" led by Blažo Rađenović" was supported by 550 voters or 4,92 percent, the list "Clean Choice - Petar Odžić - SDP, SD, LP and Citizens" was supported by 514 voters or 4,60 percent, and they each won one mandate.

The list "Dr Vujičić Božidar - For real changes" was voted by 149 voters or 1,33 percent, so it remained below the census, as did the list of the Montenegrin European Party.
