Mandić at the All-Serbian Parliament: We can think in the coming period that this will not be a gathering of only two states

The President of the Parliament of Montenegro and the leader of the New Serbian Democracy, Andrija Mandić, addressed those present in Belgrade today at what was announced by the authorities in Serbia, the First All-Serbian Parliament entitled "One nation, one parliament - Serbia and Srpska", and on that occasion expressed his belief that "the future should be such that we can in some future period think that this will not be a gathering of only two states".

"I am very happy that I can attend this meeting today on behalf of the Serbian people in Montenegro, together with my colleagues. Today, a large delegation of Serbian political representatives from Montenegro is also present at the meeting, there are Serbian deputies from the Parliament of Montenegro, presidents of municipalities and the assembly who are Serbs, directors or board presidents of large public companies... So, those people who were voted for by the Serbian people and who want to preserve the unity of this nation, because we are Serbs from Montenegro like other Serbs, and we want to that's how we will be viewed by those who don't live in Montenegro, but in Serbia, the Republika Srpska or the rest of the world," said Mandić.

He said that there is a "quite strange behavior", that "when someone makes you angry, then you put in the same basket the one who is closest to you as well as the one who caused justified anger or did something to your detriment."

"In the case of Montenegro, I would ask you to have a feeling for your compatriots, to whom we belong, who experienced all these sufferings of our people together with you, but we are not all the same in Montenegro. We strongly believe that we are the heirs of historical Montenegro which held to great values. Not everyone in Montenegro thinks so today, but it is our duty, as Serbian politicians, to find a common language with our neighbors, friends, and relatives, to somehow make that small country better, more harmonious, reconciled. , and that is our task. I see that from election to election the citizens reward it, and I have no doubt that the future will be such that in the next period we can think that this will not be a gathering of only two states, but that there will be more of us, that we are not just guests at this meeting, but that we are together, closest to each other, like hundreds of years ago," concluded the NSD leader.
