Montenegro fully supports the resolution of the Security Council (SC) of the United Nations (UN) calling for an immediate ceasefire in the Gaza Strip, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MVP) announced.
From that department, they stated on the X social network that Montenegro is committed to a two-state solution and the establishment of peace and stability.
"The most important thing is to protect civilians and ensure a permanent ceasefire," said the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The Security Council of the United Nations (UN) on Monday supported the proposal of the President of the United States of America (US) Joseph Biden for a ceasefire between Israel and Hamas in the Gaza Strip and called on the Palestinian militants to accept the agreement aimed at ending the eight-month war.
