Members of the Albanian Forum will submit to the Assembly an initiative on the resolution on the suffering of the Albanian people in Montenegro, announced the member of that party, Nikola Camaj.
Camaj told Television E that these are cases from 1915, when a large number of members of the Albanian nation in Montenegro were killed for, as he said, the sole reason that they were Albanians.
"Since the territories where Albanians live were annexed to Montenegro, when Montenegro was formed, a lot of these crimes have been committed. Somewhere from the beginning of 1915 to the end of 2006, when the Eagle Flight took place. "The most brutal thing, I think, is the Bar Massacre, where around three thousand innocent Albanians were killed by Yugoslav and Montenegrin partisans," said Camaj.
As he said, there was also a crime in Hoti in 1919, where about 100 Hoti were killed, for nothing, just because they were Albanians.
"Simple, I think that in relation to these issues, the Assembly must be determined and that we simply move forward by removing the rust from the past," said Camaj.
