If it were not for the wrong "foreign" policy of the former Democratic Front (DF), Jakov Milatović would never have become the president of Montenegro, his wife would not have been employed in the Montenegrin Electricity Distribution System (CEDIS), his godfather would have become the president of the Municipality of Danilovgrad, and his aunt would have been a councilor in The Assembly of the Capital City was informed by the Democratic People's Party (DNP).
The party said that it was all "thanks to us toothless and retrograde Serbs and Russians who are only good when they need to vote for him".
"And when he participated in the St. Petersburg Forum as Minister of Economy, was it in line with foreign policy, or was it about Milatović's personal policy? Unfortunately, from being a bigger Serb and Russian in the election campaign, Milatović, despite being young for years, turned to those two grizzled grandfathers from the Muppet show who hate themselves until noon, and the whole world from noon. And the fact that Milatović decided to send one of his staff or a family member to Moscow, in order to be someone's spy, and not an ambassador, is no longer telling about him, but about those from whom he receives instructions," the announcement reads.
"What is certain is that the DNP will not send him spies and those who hate Russia and the Russian people because there are no such in our ranks, and Milatović can always propose his aunt as ambassador to Moscow. And we have no doubt that the DPS would support such a proposal, because so their former member also got a high position", they concluded.
Milatović said earlier today that the best friends of Prime Minister Milojko Spajić and Minister of Foreign Affairs Filip Ivanović, who have no connection with diplomacy, were proposed as ambassadors of Montenegro in some countries.
He told journalists, after the conference organized by the Center for Civic Education (CEO), that he thought it was over with such appointments in Montenegro, but apparently it was not.
"Some of the best friends of the Prime Minister and the Minister of Foreign Affairs without any connection with diplomacy were proposals for ambassadors," said Milatović.
He pointed out that he hopes that in the next step the Government will approach the process much more responsibly.
When asked who these friends of Spajić and Ivanović are, Milatović said that the Government should be asked who are the proposals for ambassadors in Berlin and Madrid.
