The current Miss Montenegro Anđela Vukadinović reacted to the text "Guardian: Cottrell brought Faraž to Montenegro by private plane, they were in Porto Montenegro...", published on the Vijesti portal.
Vukadinović's statement was submitted to the Vijesti portal by her lawyer Ratko Pantović.
In her statement, Vukadinović stated that the entire interview with Emina Simaz from the Guardian "is a fabrication, created with private intent towards George Cottrell due to the breakup of our relationship."
"I categorically deny all claims and statements attributed to me in that interview, as they are completely false and baseless. I am not currently in a relationship with George Cottrell. Our relationship ended a few months ago and we have not had any contact in a romantic or friendly sense since then." , said Vukadonović.
She added that she had not accompanied Kotrel to the Maestral casino in the past few months and that claims suggesting otherwise "are untrue and completely fabricated."
"I was never in the presence of Mr. Spajic with George Cottrell. Any claim or suggestion that I was with him is completely false. I have no knowledge or understanding of George Cottrell's activities at the Maestral Casino, including any gambling. The story is that George Cottrell lost 20 million in my presence in the Maestral casino is completely fabricated and there is no evidence to support such a claim, nor was I even in the same city during the period when the alleged incident took place," stated Vukadinović.
