Milatović after the meeting with Plenković: Good neighborly relations and regional cooperation must be a priority

Good neighborly relations and regional cooperation must be a priority, President of Montenegro Jakov Milatović said today after meeting with Croatian Prime Minister Andrej Plenković.

"At the meeting with Prime Minister Plenković, I emphasized the importance of Croatia's support to our EU path so far. Good neighborly relations and regional cooperation must be our priority," Milatović wrote on the X network, who met with Plenković on the sidelines of the fourth summit of the European Political Community (EPC) in London.

The summit brought together 45 European leaders to discuss the most important challenges facing Europe - from the war in Ukraine, to illegal migration and security cooperation.

Milatović, as announced by the president's office, is co-chairman of the round table "Defense and ensuring democracy" with the president of the European Council, Charles Michel.
