The President of Montenegro, Jakov Milatović, has appointed Jovan Mirković as extraordinary and plenipotentiary ambassador of Montenegro to the United States of America, on a resident basis, based in Washington, his cabinet announced.
The Parliamentary Committee for International Relations and Emigrants previously gave a positive opinion on that appointment.
