URA GP MP Filip Adžić said that some officials do not trust the institutions, and that trust is also affected by the continuation of the clan conflict.
He said this after the session of the Committee for Security and Defense, where the director of the Police Administration Zoran Brđanin and the director of the National Security Agency Boris Milić were heard, and regarding the actions of the security sector according to intelligence that the assassination of the former president Milo Đukanović was being prepared.
"A part of people who are former officials do not have confidence in the UP, which is why, I believe, there has been a lack of communication. Until we solve this problem, the citizens will not have confidence in the UP and will not feel safe," Adžić said, adding that Police Administration was the most trusted institution.
"The work of this government was not so focused on the security sector," Adžić said.
He added that the session was secret, so he cannot answer the question whether Đukanović is threatened.
"We cannot say with great certainty that there is or is not a threat," said Adžić.
