Zirojević: There is noise in the communication between ANB and UP, but they say that everything was done according to procedures and protocols

Social Democrat MP and member of the Security and Defense Committee, Nikola Zirojević, said that they received certain information from the session of this parliamentary body, but that they could not share most of it.

He said this after the session where the directors of the Police Administration, Zoran Brđanin, and the National Security Agency, Boris Milić, were heard, and regarding the actions of the security sector, according to intelligence information, that the assassination of former President Milo Đukanović was being prepared.

"The information we received is not adequate, and for me it is worrying, and in my opinion there is noise in the communication between ANB and UP. There was a period of bad communication. The representatives of these institutions do not agree with these claims, but said that everything was done according to procedures and protocols. My conclusion is based on the simple logic of the data we received," Zirojević told reporters.

He added that every protected person is protected because his safety may be threatened.

"Someone who has been in the most responsible positions for 30 years can have his security threatened," he said.

The representative of SD said that the representatives of ANB and UP said that they carry out certain checks, but in this particular case they were not informed that there is something that is disputed.
