The "Forward" movement will participate in the local elections in Podgorica, which are scheduled for September 29, and the list holder will be the current director of the Health Insurance Fund, Vuk Kadić.
The list headed by Kadić is called the Group of Voters "Dr. Vuk Kadić - Forward Movement - For Podgorica and Family".
Kadić said that they are going to the elections as a group of individuals, accomplished professionally, who are ready to incorporate their personal qualities, professional success and experience into a better future for Podgorica.
"We performed or continue to perform important state jobs, but above all, we are people who tied their private and business lives to Podgorica. That's why we gathered around this goal," Kadić said.
He pointed out that their goal is to contribute to the development of the Capital City in the following period:
"The experience, knowledge and expertise of our team will create a better city, which will develop evenly, care equally for all age categories, from the youngest to the oldest. We will create Podgorica where new kindergartens, new schools, parks, health centers, and a city hospital will be built," said Kadić.
He pointed out that they want a city where there will be no traffic chaos, where special attention will be paid to the development of sports and culture and support to young entrepreneurs and the economy as a whole.
Kadić emphasized that their vision implies the creation of new jobs.
"We want to support agricultural entrepreneurs and producers so that their quality products can be on Podgorica's tables again. We believe that professional and capable people should get the job, not party favors," said Kadić.
He pointed out that they want to change the traffic situation, introduce lying police officers and security cameras in front of every primary and secondary school, to impose greater fines and sanctions for those who do not respect traffic rules, as well as to bring order to the construction industry:
"We must not allow buildings to spring up without the necessary permits, where they are not provided for in the planning documentation and where they do not belong."
He pointed out that they want better public transportation, more parks, children's playgrounds, better health centers, newer and better clinics, to reduce waiting lists, and for the family to be the center of all their thoughts.
"For that, we need a better city administration. We don't think that the current one is bad in everything, because there are professionals in it, but we know that we can and must do even better".
He pointed out that ecology will be one of the program's priorities.
Kadić pointed out that Podgorica cannot move forward with small steps, and that they want to be the main factor in the formation of the government after the elections.
He said that he will not deal with others, nor will he lead a negative campaign.
Kadić said that they do not have a party or hidden financiers behind them, but that they have people behind them.
When asked who they would cooperate with if they entered the Podgorica parliament, Kadić said that he would cooperate with everyone who wants the good of the city.
"Let's wait for September 29, we will see what the results will be".
One of the founders of the "Naprijed" movement, Marko Kovač, said that he was honored to be on the list headed by his friend, a man without a blemish in his career and a role model for the younger generations, Vuk Kadić.
He presented Kadić's biography at the press conference where the "Forward" movement was presented, stating that he is capable and competent to manage the most complex systems.
One of the founders of the movement is Aleksandar Dajnanović.
Former SNP official Nebojša Vuksanović is also on the move with them.
