The Nikšić committee of the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) said that Democratic officials are deceiving the public and that garbage is still being taken to Željezar.
"Mr. Democrats, you cannot disprove the photos and videos with your unnecessary statements, which are at the level of bad work for the lower grade of elementary school. We repeat, Minister Ćulafić told the lie that garbage is not taken to Željezar, and we know that garbage is dumped there, part goes to Podgorica, and some of them stay in the halls of Željezara. That's why your false constructions about the 'free fall in ratings' of our party are best refuted by the results of the survey, according to which the DPS is constantly increasing, and the Democrats are falling," the statement reads.
They say that Democratic officials "deceive the public and show that you don't know how to work", and that all the politics of that party "come down to lies and cheap political tricks".
"While the citizens of Nikšić are suffocating in garbage, while suspicious material is being buried on the territory of our municipality, without the knowledge of the citizens, on whose properties it is unloaded, while wild landfills are springing up at every turn, while the riverbeds look like garbage dumps to us, officials and local and the government is engaged in lying. That's why, instead of talking further, let's listen to Minister Ćulafić's statement again and look at the photos from the entrance to the Željezar. The lies are short," the statement concluded.
