The story of the ethno-federalization of Montenegro has already been seen, but it is still a very dangerous subterfuge for Bosniaks in Montenegro and their political representatives, said the head of the club of MPs BS Amer Smailović.
"We are absolutely sure that it came out of the same kitchen of para-intelligence, security and political structures that came out of the attempt to break away from Sandžak, which resulted in the action codenamed "Lim" in which the entire leadership of the Democratic Action Party was arrested in early 1994, and Bosniak people politically decapitated and broken in, again very similar or the same, moment of greatest political unity and strength," said Smailović.
He called on all those who do this, "and we believe that among them there are many who are doing this for the second time", to give up the dangerous idea and warned them that this time they will not go unanswered.
"Also, we invite independent and dependent intellectuals who participate in this knowingly or unknowingly not to do so if they are friends of Bosniaks as they present themselves and we invite, finally, and most importantly, the small number of Bosniaks who are instrumentalized in this dangerous and dishonorable work, to come to their senses and not work against themselves and the future of their people", said Smailović.
He pointed out that there is a clear connection between the accusations of territorial secession of parts of Montenegro from 94. and ethno-federalization from 2024, just as there is a clear connection between the strong SDA, which with its political power created mechanisms for Bosniaks to get out of political marginalization, and the BS, which is now using its power to take over the mechanisms to significantly participate in the creation of the process in a way that will demarginalize Bosniaks.
"And finally to economically strengthen the environments in which Bosniaks live, which, we don't know whether ethno-federalist or ethno-discriminatory, were always neglected when Bosniaks were not in power, no matter who else was. That's why we are telling everyone, there will be no "Lim 2" actions and you will not break us so that you can get stronger politically", concluded Smailović.
