Movement for Podgorica: Andrić attacks justified criticism of legal solutions with the same zeal as when she was a member of the DPS

Instead of school boards choosing principals taking into account the moral and professional qualifications of their colleagues, PES proposes a legal solution according to which the minister, based on the party key and depth agreements, decides on her own discretion who will lead the backbone of the educational system of Montenegro, said the Movement for Podgorica .

They said that they support the decision of President Jakov Milatović to return the General Law on Education for reconsideration.

"So, instead of the meritocracy promoted by the president, the old days are coming back when one party official appoints and dismisses the most responsible people in education. The Movement for Podgorica warns of unforeseeable consequences that will be caused by such infantile playing with the key institutions of our country. About the reactions of PES deputies - and President Milatović should not waste a lot of words on justified concerns," said the Movement for Podgorica.

They add that the assembly received representatives who do not know and do not understand the meaning of the tripartite division of power, which was promoted by Montesquieu more than 200 years ago.

"Thus among the MPs there was a certain Jelenka Andrić who, with the same fervor with which she attacked dissenters as a DPS member, now as a PES MP lashes out at the justified criticism of these legal solutions. Instead of accepting the justified criticism, she offered salvos of insults and humiliation of the institution President. Well, we will be responsible and we will not agree with their boss Spajić who, according to the available public information, said that there are twenty fools and not twenty deputies", claims the Movement for Podgorica.

They add that they nurture a different system of values ​​and that they put good governance and public responsibility first.

"The answer to the increasingly evident political and moral differences between us and our former colleagues will be given by the people of Podgorica on September 29".
