Former Minister of Justice and former high-ranking official of the Europe Now Movement (PES) Andrej Milović said that he would still be Minister of Justice if he "wanted to remain silent".
At the presentation of the Podgorica list, which he will lead in the local elections in Podgorica, Milović said that he is "the original PES".
He also claims that the Security Information Agency (BIA) of Serbia recorded Spajić entering the villa of South Korean "cryptocurrency king" Do Kwon.
When asked why he remained silent on the alleged financing of George Cottrell of PES, Milović said that in that party "they don't know" what the prime minister and its leader Milojko Spajić "do because he hides things from them".
"He betrayed the citizens to whom we offered a third time policy. We were supposed to be the third time - neither DF, nor DPS, where we will be the headquarters of that government, and the others will be able to join. He made PES a pendant party Andrije Mandić is now a follower of Andrije Mandić. I stayed on that policy, not for others to do it, and I would still be a minister." , Milović said.

Asked to comment on Kotrel, that is, the fact that the media reminded that he denied the GP URA's involvement in it, Milović said that in the presidential campaign "some British people were involved" in the PES, but that he did not know who they were. He also said that he "almost found out" about Cottrell's involvement, and that he did not know at the time.
When it comes to the "Do Kwon" affair, he claims that he defended Spajić and that the affair was set up. On the other hand, Milović said that the BIA recorded Spajić entering Kvo's villa.
"When it comes to citizenship, I was the only one who defended it with Petar Komnenić. Fortunately, we had another candidate, Milatović, whose team I was a part of," he said and added that in the coming period it will be known who Spajić is.
Milović pointed out that the prime minister humiliated many, highlighting the examples of the until recently Minister of Foreign Affairs Filip Ivanović and Minister of Energy Saša Mujović.
Answering the question of who is the deputy delegated by Kotrel, he said that he would not give his name because "he is a decent guy".
"I cannot break Spajić's spine, because he has no spine," he said.
Milović also pointed out that many current members of PES "report to him the things that are happening" and that Spajić "creates new enemies every day".
Asked to name officials who buy companies in order to earn money on highway construction, Milović said that he does not want to take the job of the Special State Prosecutor's Office (SDT).
Responding to a question about the arrest of opposition activist Dragan Vidaković from Serbia, Milović said that Spajić was previously "not known as someone who works on the orders of Belgrade, but today he still does."
Vidaković was arrested in Montenegro on the warrant of Serbia, which is looking for him on the suspicion that he threatened the security of the President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, by posting on Twitter.
