Our mission is not only to win votes, but to motivate people and show that politics does not have to demonize people. People want to see social justice. This is a unique opportunity to bring order.
This was said by the leader of that party, Duško Marković, at the presentation of the list of the Party of European Progress (SEP) "It's time for order - Party of European Progress - Duško Marković".

"In the beginning, why this list? This list is our answer to what we live in Podgorica. The answer to the disorder and overall devastation of Podgorica," he pointed out.
"We don't promise towers and cities, but we are realistic. This list is made up of experts, proven people in their fields and many people with concrete results behind them. We were brought together by the goal of living properly in our city," he added.
Mugoša said that he will prove that politics does not have to mean quarrels, nepotism, party employment...
"We will consult with the citizens. Dear citizens, it is time for order," he said.

"We don't have to be numerous for our melody to be heard because the size of the orchestra does not reach the heart. It is time for harmony, it is time for order," she stated.

"Why wide boulevards, if the traffic is in chaos? No parks if the city is not clean. We know how to return the people of Podgorica to the rivers. Order and work begin with the introduction of order in the city administration," said Božović.
Dalibor Tomić said that "driven by his love for Podgorica and Montenegro, he longs" for stabilization and the introduction of order.
"I don't want fear to be a driving habit. I don't want to spend time at counters. We have to move towards what we want and what we will achieve. It's time for order. Because order is a state in which we will all be better off. Because order is a condition for creativity. There is no creation in chaos. It's time for stability, it's time for progress," he said.
"What does it mean that we want order? Betterment for the citizens, and swimming against the current for us. But that's the only thing that makes sense. The path to results is always difficult," said Minja Radivojević.
She added that SEP wants, wants and knows how to change Podgorica.
"A condition for all that is a vote for the improvement of the city".
"I'm only half a year older than the independent CG. I'm a student. I'm proud of my country and my city, of my first real choice. It's both an honor and a privilege to be in the company of people who know. It's time for order," Taida said. Salagic.
