As the mayor of Podgorica, I will launch an initiative for a public-private partnership of domestic and foreign investors with the capital city. This is how we will permanently solve the problem of the lack of stadiums and sports centers in larger settlements that have long deserved it, such as Zabjelo and Tološ, said candidate for mayor Andrej Milović from the list "Podgorica list - Andrej Milović".
He wrote on the X social network that he will initiate negotiations to free the capital from paying utility bills for the plot of land on which the stadium is located with accompanying plots, which is owned by the city.

"Through a partnership with investors, on the location of the FK Zabjela stadium and auxiliary plots, the investor will build a stadium with a business-market facility. A commercial part will be planned as part of the stadium, in which the Capital City of Podgorica and the club would have a share. In this way, Zabjelo and The people of Zabjelj would get the perspective that, along with education, they also have the opportunity for sports development," says Milović.

He adds that he will use the same principle in Tološi, which, he says, has been neglected in every sense, especially when it comes to the development of sports and culture.

"Podgorica must develop evenly and in a planned way, without favoring certain neighborhoods. The mayor of Podgorica must play an active role in the development of Podgorica sports, through a modern and progressive approach to solving problems in all sports in the entire territory of Podgorica, from spatial capacities to the smooth functioning of clubs. Let's bring back sport Podgorica, let's return Podgorica to the citizens," wrote Milović.
