The spokesman of the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) Miloš Nikolić announced that the Minister of Energy Saša Mujović, who said last night that he would be a candidate for the mayor of Podgorica in front of the coalition "Even stronger - Dr. Saša Mujović", which consists of the Europe Now Movement and the Democrats , today "lied to the public" by saying that he never voted or was part of the DPS.
Nikolić states that Mujović was not only a voter of that party, but also a long-time activist during election campaigns.
He submitted a photo that, he says, was taken at one of the headquarters held on the eve of the local elections in Podgorica in 2022.
"If Mujović continues to lie, I will also inform the Montenegrin public about the type of headquarters in question, who led it, where the meetings were held and what the concrete contribution of Mujović was to the election result of the 'All for our city!'" coalition, he added.
Nikolić also says that Mujović has "longer voting experience" when it comes to the Democratic Party of Socialists than he does.
"I used my right to vote for the first time in 2012 when I came of age, and Mujović has been actively and passionately voting for DPS since the early 2000s. Finally, it is sad to watch the dean of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering soiling his impeccable biography in this way and degrading his reputation in the public Saša, preserve at least a little integrity and stop signing the announcements that are being made and listening to the communication advice of the Democrats. You can do better than that," Nikolić concluded.
