In order to try to get out of the problem, the president of Nikšić Municipality, Marko Kovačević, in a well-known manner, tries to justify his wrongdoings, ignorance, incompetence and unworthiness of the position he performs with lies, said the Municipal Board of DPS Nikšić.
They add that all the intrigues of the cadres of Democratic Montenegro, the secretaries and directors, their, as they say, lies, blunders and blunders, will have to be brought to light before the judicial authorities.
"The ease of lying with which Marko Kovačević tries to justify the crime committed by him and his government against the citizens of Nikšić is intolerable. First he said that he knew nothing about the location where the cows that died in violation of the rules and regulations were buried, which his associates also deny. Further, he stated in front of the entire Montenegrin public and accused the former acting JP Komunalno that he suggested the location and said that dead animals had been buried there before.

They say that Kovačević lied that there was no public lighting in Nikšić for half an hour, but it was not there for hours.
"He agreed that the new location would be announced to the public, but it was not announced. But the citizens of Nikšić found out where it is, so they say that he was also agreeing that there are no houses within a 10 km radius.
