Today, more than ever, we need people who set an example, because the specter of the 90s is circling Podgorica again, and the answer to that must be the answer of civil, European and modern Montenegro, said Aleksandar Ljumović, a candidate on the "European Union - Boris Mugoša (SDP, SD, LP and citizens) – Podgorica for example".
"And just as there were different parties, parties and movements back then, there was one alliance. That alliance, the Liberal Alliance, was, along with the Social Democratic Party, a beacon that illuminated our country, which created the foundations for May 21, 2006, the foundations of the state which will be a safe Mediterranean and European port and wide enough for every son and daughter", said Ljumović.
He pointed out that the European Union gathers precisely those forces that have proven and shown that they can lead Montenegro on the right path.
"That's why we don't have to make empty promises, we will prove with deeds what we promise. And we promise Podgorica where we will take our children to matches of European, not amateur Buducnost and our national team. And today the situation is such that we follow Buducnost in Donje Gorica, and the national team in Nikšić. That's how refreshing it was, that in our city they don't even know how to save and water the grass at the city stadium," said Ljumović.
According to him, because of all the above, the choice is never easier.
"The choice is between civil Montenegro and national tories, European Montenegro and Montenegro like Belarus. Between Podgorica, for example, and Podgorica, where garbage cannot be cleaned and water cannot be provided," Ljumović added.
Ljumović emphasized that he is proud of the people with whom he is on the list of the European Union.
"We have a team that can do all that, and we also have the mayor as an example - Boris Mugoša." I'm proud of all of us, the winning team. That's why no one has an excuse to stay home on the 29th. Podgorica is an exemplary city and every vote is for the European Union", concluded Ljumović.
