Contrary to the blackmailers and irresponsible individuals who stopped the development of the city on a whim and showed that Podgorica is not important to them, but that political cheap calculations and behind-the-scenes games are important to them, we do not play with the city we live in, said the coalition "For the future of Podgorica - the city of all of us".
Jelena Borovinić Bojović, the holder of the list, said that the coalition "For the future of Podgorica" is the initiator of changes.
"We freed Podgorica from a three-decade regime of autocracy, corruption and repression. We won. Despite the sabotage that the regime used to carry out abuses... Our partners are the citizens for whom we opened the institution's doors. We made an agreement with the citizens to make Podgorica a better place for life, a city that will be wide enough for everyone," she said.
Although the period between the elections was short, the government that left DPS in the opposition launched projects and initiatives, according to the announcement of this coalition.
"With a special focus on the youngest and care for the oldest. And at this moment we are leading initiatives that will enable the development of Podgorica in all directions in the field of culture and sports, and we are fighting and will fight for Podgorica to win the candidacy of the European Youth Capital", promised Borovinić Bojović .
She pointed out that the coalition "For the future of Podgorica takes care of everything and everyone."
"I am the only female candidate in these elections. Much more will need to be done in the field of improving the position of women. This is a signal and a warning for the entire society," she pointed out.
Andrija Babović, a candidate for councilor, said that their coalition is going to the elections with a clear program and confirmed professionals.
"These elections represent a first-class chance for the citizens to place their greatest trust in us, as the most responsible political entity, and deny it to those for whom the citizens have never been in the first place," he pointed out.
He added that, unlike the ineligible ones, they did not threaten the electoral will of our voters and all the citizens of Podgorica who were looking for changes.
"Unlike those who, in the jaws of their insatiable ambitions and as a result of flirting with DPS, decided to overthrow the government in the capital. The coalition led by Jelena Borovinić Bojović is going to the elections with a clean face, with clean hands, to continue where we left off." the announcement concludes.
