After taking over the city government on September 29, the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) will introduce free kindergartens and nurseries for all Kotor children, and we will also increase the fees for newborns, announced the candidate from the "Kotor first! DPS - Neđeljko Moškov" list candidate Srđan Dragomanović.
He said that he will establish a prenatal program, which will include subsidies for couples, whereby the Municipality of Kotor will participate in co-financing the rent for young married couples in the first year of marriage.
"We will launch a subsidy program for tenants, and we will also establish a social housing program, which will include support in solving the housing issue for the most vulnerable," stated Dragomanović.
"Our oldest fellow citizens will be served by the 'Meal at the doorstep' service, along with the grocery procurement program for pensioners with the lowest incomes and the improvement of the geronto program," he added.
Dragomanović said that he will build a regional day center for children with disabilities and developmental difficulties and establish two day centers for the elderly, as well as that he will build a Hospice within the Grabovac Old People's Home.
