"We are facing elections that will once again determine the direction in which our city and country will go. And while we are faced with numerous promises and messages, we must seriously ask ourselves: are we going to re-elect the same people and the same system that have failed us so many times already? failed," the announcement states.

"For those who choose 'the same': We have witnessed how for years the same political actors, regardless of their promises, bring only disappointment, stagnation and injustice. Every time you vote for these same structures, you are not voting for change, but for the continuation of decay. Are you satisfied with their actions? Did they fulfill their promises or forget you until the next election," they added.

They said that citizens, by voting for those who have already shown how to lead the community, are helping to preserve the "status quo". "Behind every unfulfilled word, behind every lost job and every deepened injustice are the same political leaders who are now asking you for support again. It's time to stop this practice. Change is possible, but only if you decide not to choose the same," he says. Movement of tenants.

They also said that they understand the disappointment of citizens who do not go to the polls, but appealed to them not to allow that abstinence to become an area for manipulation.

"Many gave up the election because they witnessed unfulfilled promises and political manipulations for too long. But your silence allows the minority, which blindly follows the old political elites, to determine our future. Don't let your abstinence become a space for manipulation! When you don't come out on elections, the few decide on your behalf. Your vote, your choice, is the key to the change we all wish for. Your vote can break the cycle of deception and stagnation, but only if we all get involved."

The tenants' movement called on citizens not to allow the future of Podgorica and the country to "again depend on a minority that is guided by lies and petty interests".

"This time, we civic-minded people must take matters into our own hands and make our voice bring change. Do not choose the same, let's not be silent. Our future depends on us who are aware of the danger that destroys and holds captive every citizen of this city and the entire country ", the announcement concludes.
