It is unacceptable that in the 21st century, parts of Podgorica, located only three kilometers from the city center, do not have a proper supply of electricity and water, nor sidewalks on which children can safely go to school, said Ilija Mugoša, the holder of the Electoral List "It's Time for Order - Party of the European of progress - Duško Marković".
"We will change that when we remove the irresponsible and incompetent government on September 29," Mugoša said.

"We are a political party that does not promise towers and cities, but what we can achieve.
