He says that their vision is a city that supports young entrepreneurs and creates conditions for them to realize their ideas through starting their own businesses and startups.
"After the elections on September 29, one of the first tasks of the list 'Dr Vuk Kadić - Move Forward - For Podgorica and his family' will be the formation of a special fund for subsidizing and supporting young people in starting a business. This fund will provide subsidies in the amount of 10.000 to 20.000 euros for each start-up, with an interest-free repayment period of five years, with the first year of the grace period - without the obligation to repay - so that young people have the opportunity to stabilize the business they started," Kadić said. .
He said that Pokret Naprijed firmly believes that Podgorica can move forward only if it creates space for talented, capable and educated people.
"That's why we advocate for strict criteria when hiring in state bodies and companies. We will not allow party affiliation to be more important than expertise. Our goal is for key positions to be filled by those who, with their knowledge and abilities, can contribute to the city moving forward."
He says that one of the key points of their program is a determined fight against party recruitment, "but not as an empty pre-election phrase", but as a concrete policy that will be implemented from day one.
"In order for Podgorica to move forward, we need educated, capable and dedicated people, not party candidates. That's why we will set clear and rigorous criteria for employment in state bodies and companies, so that the best experts get the opportunity to be in the right places and contribute the development of our city.
