The Budva committee of the New Serbian Democracy (NSD) announced today that Nikola Jovanović is the fake president of the Budva Municipal Assembly (SO) and that he has been falsely presenting himself as the president of the Budva Municipal Assembly for a long period of time.
"Today, another claim of the New Serbian Democracy was finally confirmed. Although we have been pointing out to the public for weeks that the holder of the 'Budva, our city' list, Nikola Jovanović, for a long period of time falsely presented himself as the president of the Budva Municipal Assembly, invited to meetings, sent letters and disillusioned the public, today even in a daily newspaper favorable to him, the opposite was confirmed," the Budva NSD board said in a statement.
They said that "Nikola Jovanović, the fake President of the Assembly, after the dissolution of the Assembly at the end of March, and until recently, repeatedly signed documents as the President of the Assembly, used official seals and misled the public".
"Nikola Jovanović is not the president of the Budva Municipal Assembly, confirmed the competent Ministry of Public Administration, headed by Minister Maraša Dukaj, M.Sc. This put an end to the new pre-election fraud of the group 'Budva, our city', which presented Jovanović to the citizens with untrue and superficial statements as President of the Budva Municipality. We invite all the participants of the pre-election race in Budva to treat their promises and statements, as well as their comments about the political competition, with dignity, morally and honestly their way to the public", they conclude in the statement.
