"We are in a park that is an example of the devastation of everything in our city. The way this park looks is the way the system of the capital city is taken apart. I am sure that you do not want to live in a capital city where only the air has not yet started to be charged for." said Mašković in the announcement.
He added that the European Union will improve the situation after September 29.
"We will change that from September 29. We will introduce subsidies for parking prices, rental prices for stalls at markets and markets. We will enable young businessmen to develop their business ideas, right in our city, by opening an Innovation Center that will be an incubator for all those ideas that young people have," Mašković said.
He emphasized that the most important thing is that the program of the European Union is realistically achievable.
"In the next four years, we will provide free transportation for all pupils, students and pensioners," he said.
He called on the citizens of Podgorica to vote for number 3 and support the European Union.
"In order for the situation in the capital to change, for us to be able to put the program into practice, you have to go to the elections. The elections are on September 29, Boris Mugoša and the European Union are options for you," Mašković concluded.
