Maša Vučinić, candidate for councilor of the list "In word and deed - Dr. Nermin Abdić", announced that today, when Montenegro celebrates 33 years since the declaration of an ecological state, we are facing a reality "that reminds us how far we are from fulfilling that vision".
"Instead of clean rivers, forests and protected areas, we are faced with the problems of wild landfills, unsustainable urbanization and the collapse of our natural resources," said Vučinić.
"It is our duty, as citizens of an ecological state, to elect those who will approach the protection of nature responsibly and with a vision. Policies that ignore the protection of natural resources must no longer be acceptable. Only people who understand that the preservation of natural values is not a luxury, but a necessity, can help us lead to a sustainable future," she stated.
"That's why September 29 is an opportunity to choose wisely, to choose people who will treat our environment responsibly and ensure that Montenegro finally becomes what it should have been - a real ecological state," concluded Vučinić.
