In his response, he stated that the Trade Union Organization of the Capital City "stands behind the presented facts about unfounded pressures, mobbing and abuses that our members suffer under its leadership".

"The illegal dismissal of our members not only endangers their existence, but also sends a clear message to all employees that they can be victims of arbitrariness and abuse of position. Secretary Anđušić admits in her statement that she undertook a number of activities that go beyond her powers, including checking diplomas, review of personnel files and registers, as well as calling for inspections. These measures are selectively applied to employees who she considers 'disobedient.' opposition. Earlier this year, Anđušić initiated the inspection of the employees of the Secretariat, with the aim of dealing with those who are undesirable. The inspection procedures were carried out in secret, without handing them over minutes or the opportunity to speak, which is the basic right of every employee," said Krgović.

He reminded that this trade union organization "due to the violation of trade union autonomy by Anđušić and the illegal attempt to reduce the wages of our members, was forced to seek the protection of its rights before the Ombudsman, the Capital City and the Government of Montenegro in June of this year, in which protection we succeeded". .
