The coalition of the Europe Now Movement (PES) and Democrats spent the most money on the campaign for tomorrow's elections in Podgorica - 118.156 euros.
This is shown by the interim reports on campaign expenses, published on the website of the Agency for the Prevention of Corruption (ASK).
After the alliance of the prime minister's party Milojko Spajić (PES) and the Deputy Prime Minister Alekse Bečić (Democrats), the coalition of Citizens' Movement (GP) URA, Movement for Podgorica (PzPG) close to the head of state allocated the most funds for the campaign Jakov Milatović and the Movement for Change (PZP) - 93.303 euros, followed by the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) - 81.374 euros.
The Law on the Financing of Political Entities and Election Campaigns stipulates that the participants in the elections are obliged five days before their holding to submit interim reports on expenses to the KAS. Preliminary costs for all 13 lists participating in the elections were not published on the ASK website.
According to the same act, political subjects can acquire funds for regular work and election campaign from public and private sources. Public sources are the budget of the state and local self-governments, while private are membership fees, contributions, legacies and borrowing from banks and other financial institutions in Montenegro. 0,25 percent of the current budget (excluding capital and budget funds) is set aside for campaign expenses.
Within eight days from the expiration of the deadline for submission of electoral lists, the parties are paid in equal amounts, the amount of 20 percent, and on this basis, we pay out from the budget 2.298 euros per political subject, that is, a total of 29.886 euros.
Elections will be held on Sunday, in addition to Podgorica, in Kotor.
The PES-Democrat list spent 74.586 euros on media representation, ads and publications for the Podgorica elections.
Advertising spots and material will cost them 25.717 euros, and these costs include bus branding, the purchase of enveloped flyers, t-shirts, lighters, bags, caps, headphones and other materials.
He will pay 11.126 euros for the rental of halls and the technical implementation of pre-election rallies, 5.880 euros for renting a bus with a driver, and 847 euros for the rent of a recording studio.
The list "Za bolja Podgorica" backed by Milatović spent 67.901 euros on media representation, ads and publications, 13.000 euros on pre-election rallies, and 9.273 euros on advertising videos and advertising material. They gave 3.129 euros for office supplies, the purchase of email programs, equipment and the purchase of seedlings.
DPS, which he leads in the elections Nermin Abdić, he spent 71.999 euros on media representation, ads and publications, 4.154 euros on pre-election rallies, 100 euros on transportation, and 5.109 euros on consulting services.
The Party of European Progress (SEP), whose list holder he is Ilija Mugoš, it spent 15.338 euros on media representation, ads and publications, and 1.181 euros on pre-election rallies, which include the presentation of the list of councilors and a conference. They allocated 425 euros for advertising spots and material.

Podgorica list Andrej Milović she had expenses for media presentation, ads and publications, for which she paid 10.111 euros.
The European Union, which consists of the Social Democrats (SD), the Social Democratic Party (SDP) and the Liberal Party (LP), which is led by Boris Mugoša, he spent 16.299 euros on media presentation, ads and publications, 7.491 euros on pre-election rallies, while he spent 181 euros on the purchase of footballs.
The list of the "Forward" movement, which he leads Vuk Kadic, spent 18.250 euros on media presentation, ads and publications, and 849 euros on the purchase of advertising material - banners, tarpaulins and roll-ups.
The Preokret movement allocated 2.270 euros for media representation, ads and publications, and 1.076 euros for advertising material.
Coalition "For the future of Podgorica", whose list he carries Jelena Borovinić Bojović, she paid 13.630 euros for advertising videos and material, and 4.242 euros for media presentation, ads and publications.
There is no information on the ASK website about the costs of the Montenegrin European Party, Tenant Movement and Montenegrin Civil Action.
There are 12 parties participating in the elections in Kotor, and preliminary data on expenses for four of them are available on the KAS website.
For the election campaign in that municipality, the DPS list spent 10.352 euros on media representation, ads and publications, 2.359 euros on advertising material - printed cards, and 5.780 euros on accommodation and representation.
Civic list, which he leads Miljan Popovic, she had no expenses in the campaign.
The European Union, which leads Miloš Celanović, he spent 2.616 euros on media representation, ads and publications, 1.749 euros on election rallies, and 1.128 euros on catering services.
The coalition of Democrats and PES, which he leads Vladimir Jokic, spent 8.131 euros on media presentation, ads and publications, and 1.500 euros on the national team.

Democrats spent around 400 euros in Gusinje
According to preliminary data from the ASK website, Democratic Montenegro spent close to 400 euros on the campaign for the elections held in Gusinje on September 15. Of that, 212 euros were spent on the national team, and 181 euros on the rental of the recording room.
According to the data from the ASK website, the coalition consisting of BS, SD and SDP had no expenses for the campaign, and DPS and the group of citizens "Movement for Gusinje" did not invest a cent.
Donations from natural persons from EUR to 2.500
The interim report on campaign expenses for the elections in Podgorica shows that, according to the data available so far, the election list of the "Forward" movement received the most in terms of monetary and non-monetary contributions - 9.500 euros.
Data on the ASK website, which are not available for all election lists, show that Vuk Kadić and Nebojša Vuksanović donated 2.000 euros each to the "Forward" movement. The same amount was given by Nikola Ivanović and Srdan Kažić, and slightly less by Marko Pejanović.
DPS had 2.650 euros based on monetary and non-monetary contributions. Non-monetary contributions were provided by Šukrija Žuti Serhatlić in the amount of 1.650 euros and the MP of that party, Drita Lola, in the amount of 1.000 euros.
The total value of monetary and non-monetary contributions to the list led by Andrej Milović is 9.100 euros. Milović donated 2.500 euros, and the runner-up Dragutin Đeković donated 2.000 euros.
SEP reported the value of the contribution of 7.000 euros. All are monetary, and Predrag Marković donated 3.000 euros, Miloš Popović 2.000 and two other people donated 1.000 euros each.
"Peokret" reported to ASK 3.091 euros based on monetary and non-monetary contributions. The holder of the list, Srđan Perić, provided both monetary and non-monetary contributions, worth slightly more than 2.000 euros. The rest was donated by citizens.
The Montenegrin European Party received a total of 1.700 euros in monetary and non-monetary contributions, and the amounts donated by individuals range from 20 to 500 euros. The holder of the electoral list is Boris Marinović.
The Montenegrin civic action had 900 euros in monetary contributions from citizens and an additional 100 euros from a private company.
For the local elections in Kotor, the Grbaljska list led by Vojin Batuta had 4.133 euros in contributions, and the amounts paid to them ranged from one euro to 500 euros.
"Građanska lista" led by Aleksandar Tomčuk had 125 euros based on contributions.
